2. Booking and Payment

• All bookings require confirmation via email or phone
• Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed
• We accept bank transfers, cash, and major credit/debit cards
• Deposits may be required for larger projects

3. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled service: Full refund
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before service: 50% fee applies
• No-shows or same-day cancellations: Full service fee applies

4. Service Scope

• We provide organisation, packing, unpacking, decluttering, and sorting services only
• We do NOT provide removal van services or cleaning services
• Additional charges apply for specialized storage solutions, labelling systems, and materials
• Client must provide access to property and necessary utilities

5. Liability

• We take utmost care with your belongings, but we cannot be held responsible for pre-existing damage
• Clients should declare any valuable or fragile items before service begins
• Insurance coverage is available upon request for high-value items
• We are not liable for items disposed of with client's consent

6. Client Responsibilities

• Ensure safe working conditions and access to property
• Inform us of any health and safety concerns
• Be present or provide clear instructions for organisation decisions
• Remove pets from work areas during service

7. Spain Services

• Spain-based services are subject to custom quotes
• Travel expenses may apply depending on location
• Services comply with local Spanish regulations
